Chicago, Illinois 60612

Frank Lloyd Wright, 1905

A concrete building faced in brick built for the Martin brothers, famously connected with the Larkin Company and significant patrons of Wright. The original building, built for the production of shoe and stove polishes, had only two storeys; two additional floors were added after a fire in 1913.
