Frank Albertson House
3927 Country Club Boulevard
Sioux City, Iowa 51104-1329

K.E. Westerlind of Colby & Westerlind, 1927

Westerlind, a former employee of William L. Steele, seems to have taken inspiration from Steele’s 1917 Everist House. Built a decade later, the Albertson House’s Prairie style was by then quite out of fashion.
