Paul Haugen of Haugen & Newstrom, c. 1920

Oberhoffer was the founder and first conductor of the Minneapolis Symphony Orchestra, now known as the Minnesota Orchestra. Haugen had been a draftsman in the Purcell & Elmslie office.

Added to the National Register of Historic Places, 1979.
